About Us
Wolfe Simmentals was established in 1986 by Bill and Jane Wolfe. We're located in the heart of the southern Iowa hills just outside St. Marys. Along with our son Matt and his wife Emily we run around 130 cows with 60 of them being purebred Simmentals. We sell bulls and bred heifers off the farm and also sell bulls through the Iowa Cattlemen's Association bull tests.
Our cows are a part of the family. We pride ourselves in having gentle, easy keeping cows that don't mind an occasional back scratch out in our predominantly fescue pastures.
